With all the ports and capability of the 10th generation NUC, there is no limit to what your computer can do. The NUC features USB-C, HDMI 2.0 and three USB 3.1 ports, as well as supporting Thunderbolt 3, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0 and Gigabit Ethernet. The board has optional secondary storage of 2.5’’ SATA HDD or SSD and supports three 4K60 displays, provided by the latest Intel® UHD Graphics, perfect for maximising productivity when multitasking across multiple screens.
The Turing FX is the ideal case to make use of all these features, with extensive I/O access to the NUC, space to accommodate the 2.5’’ additional storage option and a totally fanless setup, allowing you to enjoy your NUC in silence.
The USB-C to dual mini DisplayPort splitters required to support three monitors can also be found on the Akasa website, alongside useful additional products such as Wi-Fi antenna and cables, making this small yet powerful computer perfect for anything, from gaming to recording and mixing music, or an office setup.
The Intel® 10th generation NUC comes in a range of options and can feature any CPU within the three ranks of latest processors, but even with the top-level Core i7–10710U Hexa-core processor, the Turing FX is able to keep the CPU cool up to Intel’s specification of 25W TDP, to optimise performance in complete silence.
Made out of aluminium and with deep cooling fins to maximise the surface area, the chassis itself works as a heatsink, and heat is transferred from the CPU to the external fins and into the surroundings via the included thermal compound, keeping the processor cool without the need of a noisy fan. Moreover, the Turing FX comes with an internal heatsink and thermal gap fillers for the M.2 SSD, allowing your NVMe or SATA SSD to remain cool and functioning optimally in total silence.
The Turing FX is yet another product from Akasa showing how to combine functionality and inventive design; with its symmetric extruding fins and diamond effect cover panels all made from black anodised aluminium, the Turing FX has a sleek minimalistic look which suits any environment. The Turing FX can be positioned vertically or horizontally, with the option of dual-edge panels on either side in the horizontal position.
The 10th Generation Intel® NUC delivers exceptional processing power of a full-sized computer while being small enough to fit in the palm of your hand. Despite the overall size increase resulting from the case’s deep cooling fins, the Turing FX is nevertheless a compact cooling solution, measuring just 95 x 113.5 x 247.9 mm.
