New Models for AMD Platforms
Collectively, the AK-CC340X series expands Akasa’s current server cooler range of Intel® LGA4677 socket coolers to include three new models supporting AMD SP6 sockets (for AMD EPYC™ processors) and sTR5 sockets (for AMD Ryzen™ Threadripper™ (Pro) 9000 / 7000 series CPUs). All three coolers are equipped with secure spring-loaded screw mounting and pre-applied thermal compound for quick and easy installation.

This 66.3mm-height 2U cooler provides exceptional cooling performance within a compact vertical space. With five copper heatpipes, dense aluminium fins and a 60mm PWM-controlled fan, it delivers reliable cooling up to 350W TDP, making it a dependable choice for 2U rackmount servers.

4U Server Cooler for AMD SP6 / sTR5
This 4U cooler features a dense, dual-tower aluminium heatsink with six copper heatpipes and a 100mm PWM fan. At a height of 124.7mm, it supports AMD SP6 and sTR5 socket processors up to 340W TDP, balancing airflow and acoustic performance for larger 4U server chassis.

Targeting higher-performance tiers, this model supports EPYC™ and Ryzen™ Threadripper™ processors up to 430W TDP. At a height of 153mm, it incorporates twin 120mm PWM fans paired with a dense, dual-tower aluminium heatsink and six copper heatpipes for effective heat removal in 4U server systems and compute-intensive applications.

Both coolers come with pre-applied thermal compound for optimal heat transfer right out the box and simplified installation.
